Is the Government wise and mature enough?

 Telangana government:

1) Retirement age increased to 61 years.

2) Old age pension starts from 57 years.

Now I am confused between the two statements by the TS government.

Development or destruction?

 Indian health protection field will reach to 27 lakhs crores shortly. Is it a proud moment? Or it's the time to think? Our modern lifestyle is taking us towards illness and unhealthy atmosphere? Is this change of lifestyle a goodone? Lifespan decreased, in that short life span we are suffering with many health issues.
